Kamalakannan M.S. is the Deputy Manager for Telecommunications at Petrofac. He has 25 years of experience in telecommunication field, leading large sized projects (telecom scope worth 25M USD to 5M USD). His responsibilities include developing FEED, basic design, detail engineering and field engineering and commissioning support. A major part of his experience encompasses involvement in Oil & Gas projects (Off Shore (interface) and On Shore), power generation plant and refineries. Kamalakannan is one of the successful Lead Engineer of Petrofac’s Mega Project, Sonatrach project in Algeria, which started in 2009 and successfully completed in 2013. Kamalakannan has worked with ZADCO, PDO, Shell and many more companies prior joining Petrofac.
